Position/ Title:  Microbiologist
Department: Production (Brewery)
Location: Mukundapur, Nawalparasi
Reporting Line: Head of Department
Educational requirements: Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. experience either from Beverage/ food processing / pharmaceutical Industry
Main Responsibilities:

o Adherence of Micro sampling as per COM, FSMS.
o Daily follow up with concerned department to close the gaps in case od deviation of the results.
o Adherence of Yeast Culture, Propagation as per Business plan brewing volume
o Adherence of Plant CIP conformance with proper documentation
o Ensure testing of Lab Micro, Monitoring, verification & validation as per company & legal requirements
o Comply Daily, Monthly, yearly Micro report of Right First Time & Process with proper documentation.
o Swab analysis/testing & compliance as per FSMS & COM requirements.
o Air microbial load monitoring & control to comply specification.
o Comply CCP & OPRP as per FSMS & COM planning.
o Analysis of all RM, process, Finished products & comply as per COM.
o Proper documentation of all microbiological report in hard and soft formats with RCA as per QMS,
o Analysing the trends and seek the necessary corrective action from respective dept.
o System ERP update & system & COM audit compliance.
o Plant hygiene audit in time with share to all concern department & closure of gaps.
o Organise the daily sensory testing sessions, analysis & share the information with proper documentation.
o Media preparation, GLP of Micro lab, Calibration of all micro related instrument with proper documentation
