Position/ title: Brewing & Processing in charge

Department: Production (Brewery)

Location: Mukundapur, Nawalparasi

Reports to: Sr.Manager Brewing

Educational requirements: Masters/Bachelors in Science/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Microbiology/Food technology

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness & hygiene standards.
  • Availability of raw materials and additives for the shift, Collection, delivery of samples, report analysis, verification & ensure results are within the standards. Minimize deviation in flavour standard.
  • Ensure compliance of Health & Safety measures as per the company health & safety policy.
  • Have an efficient liaison with other units of the Brewery.
  • Carryout filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure.
  • Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance work and ensuring regular maintenance works of machinery and equipment in brew house and beer processing units in consultation with Engineering Division.
  • Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement.
